It was what I expected. It was very good if you are experience in seasoning it. But it has complete cooking instructions and cooks very quick.

It's hard to evaluate the quinoa because there was so much grit and sand in it. The sand found its way into my cooking no matter how much I rinsed the quinoa. I ended up throwing the unused quinoa away.

I haven't opened it, but you can see a bug in it. I was planning returning it, but found out it's not returnable. Disappointed.
