Instructions are not in English, but the pictures are easy enough to follow. Each item lists the rubber band size(s) needed. Also, coins used for weight/ballast are the size of a US quarter. The book is high quality. The items in the book are not that easy to make though. They're for people or kids with lots of patience and attention to detail. It took my 11 year old and 9 year old quite a long time to complete an item in the book.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun for the kids

The entire book is written in Japanese. I managed to put together all of them with no issue. It gets easier after the first one. There is one pop up that you can color. Just be sure your kids dont color the tabs that need to be glued. The crayon prevents glue and tape from sticking together.
