I'll indicate the mixture below.I've used olive oil mixed with castor with wonderful results. I read pumpkin can aid with faster rate of growth. I have noted some growth in the last two weeks, however the shine/softness is absolutely amazing.Leave in overnight or several hours (cover with a shower cap)... Shampoo with head/shoulders or selsun blue (I need to twice) and I don't condition or add in any products when blow drying. For me this has worked.
