This soap is a true miracle for me. I had gone to a dermatologist and the prescription gels made the rosacea worse. As far as diet, I just try to eat healthy overall, drink a glass of carrot juice a day, for the Vit A, seems to help as does fresh fruit smoothies and greek yogurt. Protein. So yes, a good diet is important but for me way more important is this soap. I wash one or twice per day and wash my neck, chest, face, ears, eyebrows, etc and let it sit on my skin for about 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool, not hot, water. Also, try to not scrub and rub facial skin too hard. Both hot water and scrubbing made my rosacea worse. Change your pillowcases 2-3 times per week and wash them in hot water with a fragrance free soap. All these pointers have helped me a lot. Good Luck. I love this soap and will always have it.
