I've tried various whitening toothpaste products with little to show for it. I was skeptical, but I thought I should try the Crest 3D Whitestrips before spending a lot of money to have a dentist bleach my teeth. I was surprised. These strips are pretty easy to use. They stick really well and are easy to apply. You need to leave them on for an hour to get the best effect, but within a couple of days I could tell there was a real difference and after using them for 5 days my teeth really looked white again! I am really happy with the result. They are not the sparkling pure white that all the actors get with veneers, but to me that looks a little fake. I am really happy that my teeth look white and not yellow anymore. The taste is not great, but not horrible.
