It has a light, smooth sweetness. It's not as sweet, sugary and strong as regular refined, white sugar and even sugar in the raw. It's more mellow. I like that it comes in a solid container with a tight cover. Also, I do like the light, powder consistency and it melts good in hot coffee. I like that it foams a little and gives the coffee, almost a creamy consistency. I've also dealt work customer service and they ate very, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Not only that, but I particularly like the convenience of a nice, strong plastic container with a screw on lid. I don't have good experiences with those self-closure style plastic bags. It's too hard to get the sugar out with a spoon without spilling the sugar everywhere. This is my go-to sugar. It works especially well in tea or coffee, and in my hot porridge for breakfast. Also, it seems to stay un-clumped in damp weather in my neck of the woods.
