The "Jam" comes in the form of big chunks of boiled quince, that are still hard and difficult to chew, and syrup that was in with the chunks of quince would be better on pancakes. It was very runny. Aside from the form, the flavor was great!!! The flavor was really great!! I put the "Jam" in the food processor with a teaspoon of thickener and gave it a whizz. It was great. Good texture and great flavor. Did I say it tasted great?
