The top came off, which made the chopper virtually impossible to use because it was painful. I would've given it zero stars if that option were available. Buy a Pampered Chef chopper instead - I had mine for 20 years and it worked great all those years. The plastic collar that held it together cracked and then later broke, so we had to find a replacement. THIS IS NOT IT!!! I won't make that mistake again. ### ⭐⭐ Possibly Refurbished, Not durable *by T***L on April 21, 2019* I received this product in two days, and was excited to use! However, upon unboxing it looks like I may have received a refurbished chopper? There are signs of use and already scratches on the plastic chopping tub.
