However, the one thing I was missing (and desperately needed) was a probiotic/prebiotic that had fiber included. I no longer have my entire colon, so I really wanted to add fiber to my regimen to see if it improved my bathroom issues. The probiotics I used to take were only probiotics - no prebiotics or fiber included. So I found these and decided to try them. I must say, I am impressed!! I've been taking one of these daily for a few weeks now, and as long as I eat decently, it does what I was hoping it would do - basically helps solidify my poop so I'm not always riding the Hershey Highway (LOL). I will for sure be ordering these again when I run out - I am pleased with this product and feel like it is actually helping my poor little colon and my innards. I have tried a few different probiotics and this is by the far feels very gentle yet the change to my digestive system has been quite pleasant. These reviews are hard to write without sharing to much! I eat a vegetarian diet and I am significantly less gassy:) I feel like my food is being broken down and more of it is being absorbed (ie my trips to the bathroom have decreased). After taking this for about a week I had to have surgery which required me to stop taking anything supplements. A side effect of the pain medication is constipation, I was sent home with miralax. Nothing was helping until I took this again and all systems go!
