I wear a size medium t-shirt and the X-large apron fits me like it was tailored. At 5'8" and 200# I ordered 2xl. It fits perfect for me. Over the years I've destroyed numerous pairs of pants and shirts, mainly from burning steel sparks from an angle grinder. As soon as it arrived I put it to good use. I was cutting 1' strips from 1/4" plate steel with cutoff disks. There was a hot spot about crotch high, but no apparent damage to the leather. My pants and skin are intact. Saving that one pair pays for the apron. My only quibble would be the buckles in the back are hard to reach.
