It doesn’t have megadoses, and I take other multivitamins that have as much or more vitamin B. This supplies the usual vitamins in conservative but reasonable doses and is good for making sure I get the basics. I still add another 1200 IUs of Vitamin D3, calcium and Omega supplements. These are star-shaped gummies taste good like raspberry but are quite sweet and have 4 grams of sugar in a two gummy dose. This is a 60-day supply.These chewables have a texture typical of pectin gummies. These are softer and less chewy than a typical pork derived gelatin gummy and are vegetarian. These are not vegan as they have D3 derived from cholecalciferol (from lanolin in sheepskin). This form of D3 is considered more effective than Vitamin D2, though these only have 800IUs a day. It’s in excess of government recommendations but less than the 2000 IUs recommended by Dr. Weil and many experts.This is not a natural vitamin derived from whole foods, but it also doesn’t have artificial dyes or flavors. These chewables are good for those who can’t swallow a pill or who stay more consistent taking chewables. I have no issues digesting this multivitamin, which is a reason I sometimes opt for chewables. I can’t speak to purity on this or any supplement, but this seems like a good basic supplement (though a bit higher in sugar than some).
