Any solutions?** A: Small loose plate needs to be on top of clothes. Look for it on the bottom inside the drum. First time I forgot ..had to take all clothes back out! You bend it a little, in fact you have to if drum is filled with clothes. **Q: How long does it last** A: It will keep going until you stop it. But it only takes about 3 minutes at the most to have the water out. **Q: Difference between mcsd and mcsd2?** A: We made key improvements in many areas. The main ones are: 1. We removed the timer, because it was cheaply made, added one more step and was just one more thing that could break. Plus it looks better/cleaner without the timers. 2. We made the metal in the braking mechanism much more durable. Before it was very thin, cheap metal and the metal could easily warp causing the brakes to work less effectively and wear out soon. 3. We added strong hoses, not the cheap paper thin white hoses you typically see with competing models. So far i really like it i really do but you do have to tinker with it so it doesnt rapidly shake. It will at first but it stops once you get the right amount amount of clothes for it.
