The odd thing about purchasing from this vendor is that it arrived not blister packed or with any kind of safety seal. For a cosmetic product used around the eye area this is unusual. I’ve previously bought this at at Walmart and it’s packaged. It applies easily and as you learn to use short strokes to mimic hair it looks very natural.
