**Q: How to measure my size**
A: Tom, you are smart to inquire.  They are made in Pakistan and the sizing is way off. My waist is 38/39 inches so I started out by out ordering a 40 which was way too big, then a 38, then 36 and finally a 34 which I kept.  However, it automatically came with short length legs, but the pockets for the knees are soo low and any foam pad inserts will not cover your knees when kneeling on the floor or ground. Other reviewers comments about pocket sizes are valid. For the money, get another brand. 4 months ago, the Caterpillar brand where the same price, but have increased in price since then.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.

**Q: What’s the return policy?**
A: I think if your not sure about how the fit when the package arrives cut the bag carefully try them on with out removing the tags if the don’t fit put them back in bag tape it shut go on Amazon if on you phone you can click return and it will tell you as soon as you take it to a drop return station you just wait in line they will print a ticket for the package to be return and in a week or you will be reimbursed your funds

Great stylish work pants that set you apart from the other guys, versatile fit well , I'm 230 at 5/10 and slightly overweight so I got 40 rather than 38. Down sides are the knee protection area are lower than should be i have seen people say they are supposed to be like that but no they dont hit the knee when bending down unless pulled up prior. One last thing all the pockets except the main front pockets are way to small for your hand not the depth of the pocket.
