The Brooks Ghost Trails are your basic everyday day go-to shoes! Excellent traction, fits true to size, the uppers stretch nicely to give that extra roomy feel and toe splay. Plush ride for running or walking, all day comfort honestly! Light days for running, day hiking, or just as your shoe for wearing out and about, these are the ones! The mid sole is the DNA LOFT V3, nitrogen filled. As for the out sole, plenty of traction for most terrain. This is a light trail shoe, the weight is approx. 10-10.5 oz. I would recommend this is a recovery running shoe, gym, errands, etc. is this a super trainer/technical trail shoe, no. But will do the job for gravel paths and hiking trails! Definitely a 9/10. The comfort, support, tread are the right combination for everyday wear, daily running, hiking, etc. Get this shoe, you won’t be disappointed!
