The fabric is comfortable, smooth, stretchy poly. Thick enough to be completely opaque, but not hot and sweaty. The buttons at the neck are real buttons so you can wear the neck open or closed. The colors are bright and the pattern is cute. The sleeves are three quarter length. There is a well sewn smooth running zipper at the side, but the dress is stretchy enough that you probably don’t need it. A couple of things that are not perfect: the cuffs are quite wide so you can’t push the sleeves up, and the sleeve length is a little odd on me, between 3/4 and full. The waist is high, practically empire, which is fine for the dress shape (cute skater dress vibe), but I would rather have it lower at my actual waist since I plan to wear a belt with it. Over all great for my Frizzle costume. I am returning the black one to get purple though, since that feels more Frizzly.
