I had to play with it a little bit to get it to stay where I wanted it, but I got it to work and I love it. I carry a S&W Shield in it and with the extended mag, it is pretty obvious you are carrying. With the standard mag, if you know what you are looking for, you would see it, if you don't, you would think it is just the way the pants are laying.
