I wear a size 6.5 in tennis shoes, and these fit me perfectly, so I’d say they are true to size. The fabric is incredibly breathable and light. I was actually shocked at just how much airflow they allow, which is great for comfort and hotter climates. Performance and Traction While I originally ordered these for indoor work, I quickly realized they aren't meant for that. The sole consists of hard plastic mini spikes that provide amazing traction, but they definitely do not work for carpeting. They are for sprinting as the title suggests. However, because the grip is good, I’ve decided to use them as garden shoes since they handle outdoor terrain well. Quality and Construction The sewing seems decent and the overall quality is good. I think the price seems about right at $45. I also really like the color. Although they are sold as unisex, I found the look to be slightly feminine. My only minor grip about the sho is the tongue doesn't want to stay in place and constantly slides to the side while I'm wearing them. Other than that, they feel sturdy and well-made. Overall Recommendation If you are a sprinter looking for a lightweight, breathable racing shoe with serious grip, these are a great choice.
