Hence i wanted to return or replace it but they didn’t give u the option to return directly, their customer support tried possible effort on phone but still problem didn’t solve. Thereafter i visited their Service Centre at my city, which fixed the technical glitch. Although story didn’t end here,After using it for 10-15 days, same technical glitch stateted again and accordingly i registered complain online and their customer care was not able to fix my problem but this time i didn’t visit the service centre and requested them to replace it but their staff replied that the buds will be collected and checked at Warehouse and will get back after its repair or new one if cannot repair. So i asked them that how many days it will take to repair or replace it so they stated that approxmiate 12-14 days.So i raised some questions that- When i have paid all the money for that item, in case of any technical glitch why they are not immediately replacing to it or refunding my money as i dont have any wish to go with Noise buds.
