After drying, dressing, feeding, and as he slept, I put small amounts of this cream onto my fingers and massaged it into different locations of his scalp. Then I took the special comb I purchased with the sponge - one that's used for lice, I believe - and started gently combing away in all different directions It took some dedication of time, but I KID YOU NOT that this issue has gone away in one usage and has not returned.
