When I tried to cut them they just disintegrated. This device cuts them neatly and safely. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed *by M***D on 18 January 2020* Doesn't work for the pills I need to cut, I just end up with a big pile of dust. The plastic feels flimsy and it's hard to open after it's cut (or in my case, crumbled) the pill. Can't imagine it would be easy if you had dexterity issues ### ⭐ It came apart the first time I used it *by A***N on 16 May 2019* I tried to cut in half a Fisherman's Friend lozenge and the cutter came apart, the top and the bottom became separated as the hinge is not sturdy enough. I managed to click it back together but it keeps happening. The trick is to hold the cutter with both hands so it doesn’t come apart. Moreover, the cut wasn’t symmetrical and sometimes it breaks them.
