Review: Convenient, Portable, Easy to Use! - As a singer and actor, I’ve been doing sinus flushes as a part of my health routine for years. Up until now I’ve just used the squirt bottle type systems because I needed something small and portable. All the ‘electronic’ ones I’d seen looked huge and hard to travel with. When I saw this Nasal Irrigation System from Benhip, I knew I had to give it a try. It seemed to check all the boxes: Portable, Cordless/Rechargeable, Convenient and Versatile. It works great. It has three different settings, Low - High - Pulse and it comes with 60 single use saline packets. One of the issues I’ve had with my ‘old system’ of the squeeze bottle, is that it’s so strong that it actually affects my ears. This gives a nice steady stream and I get a good clean flow as opposed to a huge rush of water. I will give you the hint that the buttons on the device can be a little confusing (see my photos). The power button is at the top and is simply the on/off switch. The M button at the bottom is the Mode button and it cycles through the 3 different modes. The nice thing is, it remembers what mode you were last in, so if you left it in high mode, when you use it again the next time, it will remain in that mode when you turn it on again. Using it is simple. The top of the unit lifts off and that is where you mix your saline solution. (I recommend going a little under the 200ml line so it doesn’t overflow when you attach it.) Then you unscrew the little cap at the bottom of the unit which reveals a silicone tube with a spring around it. You then put that down into your saline solution and line up the locking tabs and lock it in place, then insert the tip into one nostril and turn the unit on using the desired mode. They recommend running 100ml of clean water through the unit when you’re done to flush it out. After that, dry it off and store it for the next use. It comes with 4 different heads. 2 are short enough that you can leave them on when you put the top back on (the Misting Spray Nozzle and the ‘Kids’ Water Jet Nozzle) and 2 are long (the standard Water Jet Nozzle and the large Water Jet Nozzle) which cannot be kept on the device when you put the top back on. I have used the ‘Kids’ Nozzle and it is close enough to the standard in flow rate, that it’s what I’ll travel with, for convenience. If you are someone that uses sinus flushing, I think you’ll love this product. It’s been great for me.
Review: Works great, especially the mist option! - I have been using nasal irrigator for a while (a simple plastic bottle) and it helps a LOT! But my younger daughter can't do it. It's not easy for little kids. But since I know how healthy it is and how beneficial, I was looking for a solution and we actually tried multiple other neti pots. Nothing worked. So I decided to try this one with its "mist" feature. This works amazing for her! She is not overwhelmed by the water flow and still gets the benefits of nasal irrigation! Clever solution! Amazing!

I have had numerous nasal cavity issues and have been using the manual type until I got this item. This makes it so much easier to do as often as I want. I use this when I feel like I am getting a plugged nose and there is instant relief. If you get plugged up often, this is the item you need.
