This is the one! I have tried at least 6 different caramel sauces before this one. Torani, Ghirardelli, smuckers, Whole Foods, some other really expensive one, and none of them were right. Either the consistency was wrong, it wouldn’t mix, it was thin and runny, and the taste was off. This one is as close to the taste as I’ve found, it mixes perfectly, and it has relatively good ingredients - especially no high fructose corn syrup or GMOs! It’s also shelf stable and doesn’t need to be refrigerated which is a plus for keeping it at that nice consistency. It mixes well and tastes great! I will be buying a lot more! To make an at home Dunkin style iced caramel macchiato: Drizzle the caramel around the cup. I like glass so you can see it better. Add ice, then your choice of milk. Drizzle more caramel to your taste and mix with the milk. Add your espresso (I’ve been using the nespresso chiaro double shot and it’s fantastic) and tada!
