## Description

From the manufacturer HOW TO APPLY? Shake the tin before use and apply Sikagard Wood Preserver by a brush, spray or dipping method. Apply a minimum of two coats to your substrate if brushing or spraying. The second coat should be applied after the first coat has dried. Pay particular attention to thoroughly soaking of the end grain. Where possible, and for maximum protection, dip the end grains of the timber for a minimum of 3 minutes. Once applied leave to soak in and dry for 24 hours.

Review: Very good value - Brilliant product. A bit on the watery side to apply but soaks in very easy. I have treated wooden plant troughs and a shed . Dries very quickly.
Review: Use every year during a dry spell. - No problem with the product. I spray my fence and shed with it every year and they still look new compared with the neighbours round about whose fences are ageing and are more mossy and grey. Only problem I've had was this delivery arrived a day later than told. And the tin was bashed. However the solution is easy to spray and works.

**Q: Is this solution clear or will it stain the wood?**
A: It is clear and does not affect the wood appearance at all once it is dry.

**Q: Can i treat garden furniture previously treated with lindseed oil?**
A: Unfortunately the preserver would not be suitable to be applied onto a linseed oil application.

**Q: If the wood has a bit of rot and is soft, would this work?**
A: Don't think it will work when it's got like that

**Q: The tin has a paper label with a date (in the past) stuck to the top. Is this the expiry date or date of manufacture?**
A: Hi, this will be the date of manufacture unless it is preceded by "BB" in which case it will be the best before date.
