Like all silicone liners I’ve tried, food does take longer to cook (5‑10 extra minutes), likely because they reduce air circulation slightly compared to cooking directly on the crisper plate. They work as expected for mess free frying, baking or roasting, though you may need to stir or shake halfway for even results. I’m still weighing up whether the extra cooking time is worth the reduced washing time, but for busy days they’re handy.
