After a day or so of getting used to the way the heel adjusts to your weight, it was like I'd always owned them. If you're used to plain foam flip-flops then I would guess the gripped surface of the insole takes a minute to get used to but I'd always had textured insoles on other sandals so it made no difference to me. They're so comfy I'm going to be disappointed when Summer ends! Ordered size 7 as usual and perfect fit for my foot - the adjusting strap is a bonus tho as I have high arches.

I bought these as my old flip-flops had seen better days and I liked the idea of the arch support.
