Review: Great product odd sizing - I have been using this product for a few weeks now and found it to be quite comfortable and supportive. I think it is not as supportive as a quaility leather belt but I find it to be far more comfortable then leather. This is nice for leaving it on as I move from one excersize to another. I did not find any problems with the velcro ever becoming undone. The smaller front and larger back allow me to wear it both when I would do bench as well as squat excersizes. I have never needed an XL before but I am glad I didn't settle on a large. I wear a 32 to 34" pant size and I wear this slightly higher then my pants/shorts but just under my navel. I wear a 18 mens shirt or a 48 to 50 size mens coat so I have a undside down triangle or trapazoid shape so guys that are any larger may have a hard time getting this to fit. As for the small size I can only imagine that it would be for very small women (size 0-2) or children.
Review: Great for old men with Bad Backs - I broke my back (falling off a ladder - so don't do that, men) about 15 years ago. So I had an operation that resulted in a 3 or 4 inch steel brace on my backbone. I have constant pain, but I also need to exercise regularly. I had a "weight lifter" belt that I wore wen walking, but I it lacked support to ease the pain. This belt is superb. I wear it when exercise walking and have very little discomfort. I highly recommend it to those who need a good back support. (Yeah, and it holds your tummy in, too!)

**Q: Can you use this for work oriented heavy lifting or would it be better to get ones advertised for work? Why?**
A: Too small

**Q: What size is "extra large"?**
A: I don't know...my belt is L and the size is perfect for.my body (1,80 cm for 83kg)

**Q: how do you clean this belt if it smells?**
A: We do suggest hand washing the belt. You can use a soap detergent and clean the belt, then lay it out to dry. We hope this proves helpful and let us know if you have any questions.

**Q: How does this compare to the nike lifting belt?**
A: Compared to Nike this belt is garbage.  Not even the same league or even same item.  This is a clothing accessory, Nike belt is actually meant for lifting.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too small and cheaper quality Harbinger than the belt I was replacing

Ordered a large and its too small. I'm a 34-35 waist and velcro overlap too short. Be sure to order a size larger than you think you need. Replacing an older (15yrs) Harbinger that was stolen and this new one is somewhat different in addition to the poor sizing. Amazon site isn't cooperating with "return & replacing" with larger size. Now I have to send it back, get a credit and reorder. ugggghh... 11/18 update. Replacement belt came. Decent quality and it fits. Almost TOO BIG but ok. Now lets see how the return credit goes.
