NOTE: During normal vehicle operation, Motorcraft Orange Antifreeze/Coolant may change color from orange to pink or light red. As long as the engine coolant is clear and uncontaminated, this color change does not indicate the engine coolant has degraded nor does it require the engine coolant to be drained, the system to be flushed, or the engine coolant to be replaced. **Q: what is the difference btw vc-3dic-b and vc-3-b? is it just concentrated or 50/50?** A: When I go look this up I do not see vc-3dic-b. I see vc-3dil-b which is diluted. I did not look to see what the dilution factor was and the vc-3-b in not diluted. Hope this helps. **Q: I have seen the 1 gallon containers that say orange and "specialty"orange? is this product the same?** A: Specialty Orange has been replaced by this product. It is backwards compatible, so can be used to add to Orange or in a basic radiator, or radiators in the case of the 6.7 Diesel, drain and fill. It would be best, if you are changing over, to do a complete flush of the system before going yellow. Do NOT use tap water as the yellow does not mix well with the minerals in most tap. **Q: Is it the same as Motorcraft® Orange Antifreeze/Coolant Prediluted? The color should tell you all that you need to know. If your exisitng fluids do not match hue then it's probably time to flush the entire coolant system. Pay attention to the product identification numbers as they have changed over the last few years. So has the coolant formula. Hence the different color and hue. This particular Ford Genuine Anti Freeze, VC-13DL-G is not exactly over the counter either. WIth the exception of O'Reillys and at 3x the price. Purchased online this ended up being a great value. I needed five total to perform a coolant replacement on a 2004 Ford E-350 Super Duty Econoline Motor Home.
