The therapist can sit on the ball and control the patients movements. Big in volume but light in weight. Each physio roll is supplied in poly bag packaging with instructions. Do not use weights while exercising on the ball. Box Contains Gymnicball

Brought for my child who’s autistic and has learning disabilities as recommended by his OT to help meet his sensory needs and lower his overall anxiety. It’s a great quality product and does exactly what it’s meant to do, feels safe and secure when you sit on or use the physio roll unlike previous ones. Easy to use for a variety of different purposes to meet sensory and physio related needs. The material looks and feels great and of professional quality. Quick delivery. When the product is deflated it is quite heavy to lift. I brought a Bestway hammer pump to inflate the physio roll. The physio roll came with everything needed bar the pump, including attachments for a pump if required. The physio roll inflated easily it took some effort with the pump due to its size. Once inflated it’s brilliant and feels secure. Inflated the product is lightweight and easy to move around from room to room. Very happy customer, would definitely buy again and high recommended product.

This physio roll (peanut ball) was bought for my complex needs son to complete his physio exercises on. This is by far the best make/brand we have purchased for quality! Once inflated it's solid & so supportive, unlike cheaper/similar versions. I highly recommend this item.
