As you know - fructose is commonly found in sweeteners like high "fructose" corn syrup - while fructans are commonly found in grains and certain vegetables. and certain legumes. A fructan is a type of carbohydrate and has many known health benefits - but can cause some digestive issues like bloating, and other GI symptoms. ENU does NOT contain any fructose in the primary sweetener - tapioca syrup, which is derived from a starch (not a grain), so tapioca would not contain any fructans either. As everyone knows, finding a nutritional shake that isn’t loaded with garbage is next to impossible, so we were thrilled to find the Enu shakes. We weren’t sure they’d taste decent, so we just ordered a 6-pack. They sadly arrived pretty beat up, as did the subsequent replacement order. Trovita Health absolutely blew our expectations of professional & superior customer service out of the water with how they responded to the situation.
