When glow plugs were eventually removed, (it was very hard to remove 2 out of 4 due to carbon + oil build up on the glow plugs pins) I cleaned the holes with this metal brush attached to a grill, as by hand when I inserted it I couldn't remove it and was scared that I have it stuck in there. With a drill it was easy to clean. Now, a bit of wire started to extend - dangerous staff to have any of it dropped inside your engine. After every drill I carefully examined the brush to make sure nothing loose or sticks out. Two wires that became longer I clipped with metal cutter. Seems OK so far and to my best observation no metal pieces came off from the brush or at least I hope. Turned the engine on with the new Bosch glow plugs with no problems and an Engine warning light disappeared.
