However, if you've ever sprayed anything else through it, I would not recommend spraying lacquer afterwards. The lacquer is hot and will take residual latex out of your hoses and deposit it on your fine lacquer finish. I always have a lacquer only pump. Also, once you've cleaned the pump with lacquer thinner, chase it out with mineral spirits which will preserve the pump seals better than leaving a hot solvent in your pump. **Q: Can i use it for orange or popcorn texture ?** A: It is not made for that.
