So far, this band has held up well. I do use my Seiko dive watch to scuba dive. My only concern were the standard pins that came with it. They seem flimsy, so instead I used my original fat pins. It was a tight fit inserting it into the band, but with a little dish soap they slid in fine. Use a jewelry screwdriver to fit the band to your watch (or a knife blade... or go buy the proper tool).
