It showed up two days later in good condition, but when she turned it on, it was pre-loaded and locked for Boost Mobile instead of Virgin Mobile. The numbers on the box matched the phone and the box was still factory sealed when we recieved it, so we just assumed it was just a one time mix up and ordered a replacement. Uh nope, it happened twice. We did a bit more digging and saw that this has happened to a lot of people from a lot of different vendors, including big name brick and mortar stores. Usually I give three chances, amazon does pretty well returns wise, but between the price and it being a known issue, I'm going to have to take a hard pass on this one and just buy a different phone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow..I'm super excited... Going strong ### ⭐⭐ Phone is wonky *by M***P on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2020* Phone started out working quite well and was very pleased, but after a few short months have had the following problems: Will power off in the middle of making a post. Swipe to open the phone stops working and has to be restarted (sometimes more than once) 2-3 times a day. Display lighting will switch itself to dim when charging or just sitting. Sometimes will charge within 10-15 minutes - other ties will actually lose power while charging even though connections are firm.
