**Q: Are these shoes good for high arches?**
A: I have fairly high arches and plantar fasciitis, and these shoes are very comfortable for me.  I am a teacher and wear them all day on a concrete floor with no problems.

**Q: I wear a size 6 shoe and 6.5 sneaker.  What size should I buy?**
A: I’m a 7 1/2 and the 7 1/2 was too big in this particular design. The leather ones fit me fine in 71/2 though.

**Q: Can you wash the inserts? These shoes don't breathe very well in spite of the mesh.**

After I finally got the right size, these are awesome. I went to a local store and tried on a similar Olukai shoe. A 9 fit well. I ordered the 9. When it came, it was too big with the heel completely slipping off. So, I returned (simple and quick), and ordered an 8.5. A 9.5 arrived! Sent them back, and tried to order the 8.5 again. This time, success! The shoe fits perfectly in the heel. The toe is a smidge narrow, but I have wide feet. However, the width doesn't bother me at all. They are super comfortable and cute. The mesh top allows air to get to my feet which is spectacular on a warmer day. I love these shoes.
