If so, did you maintain the same ingredient ratios?** A: I've tried it, and don't recommend it with this brand. Gluten free dough has a much lower burn temperature due to the high starch content. The crust will blacken before the toppings are done at 700 degrees. I tried concocting crusts with less starch and higher glycemic index (healthier,too), with almond flour and whole grain/legume gluten free flours. They tolerate higher temperatures, but don't hold together as well (being grainier than the rice/potato/tapioca starches) so be sure to add xanthum gum. The highest temperature I"ve ever succeeded at was 450 degrees in a regular oven. You can try it while the wood fired oven is "warming up." Personally, I find it's just easier to put in a regular oven on a wood steak plank (dusted w/cornmeal) for that extra flavor. GF pizzas are small enough (no gluten elasticity, so size limits) to fit most steak planks. Good luck. **Q: Says it's vegan. then you add egg to it?** A: I use this as an all purpose flour, you can add egg replacer that is vegan if you want to use it as a pizza crust dough **Q: Says it's vegan. then you add egg to it?** A: The directions state that the eggs can be omitted, using ONLY WATER. No egg substitutes necessary. **Q: Anyone use this to make cookies?** A: I wouldn't recommend it.
