La tettarella è anatomica, cioè con la parte finale leggermente rivolta verso l'alto per seguire la forma del palato, ma è di giuste dimensioni da non provocare conati. Il silicone della tettarella non è lucido ma " opaco" e vellutato. È tuttavia vero che i pelucchi tendono ad incastrarsi tra la tettarella e la parte di plastica dura, ma si riescono a rimuovere abbastanza facilmente.
