**Q: I just bought the 12’ dunhill fir tree and a whole starve of lights are not working. Are you able to send me a replacement tree or can I get a refund?**
A: Lights on my 12' also not working and replacement bulbs - so many I had to buy the large pack of replacement bulbs - and even they don't fit. Waste of $$ buying prelit trees

A: Yes of course. I personally have a prelit tree and add more of my own lights.

**Q: Is this tree fire resistant**
A: It is described as fire resistant. It would melt instead of burning.

**Q: Did anyone else’s come with no lights? Ours came with absolutely zero lights, wires, etc. I paid for a pre-lit tree for a reason.**
A: There were 2 trees you can choose from one with lights and one without.  I picked the one with lights.  Couple hundred more.
