I am good with electronic equipment and it’s a very simple piece to operate. So when it didn’t turn on I went back to the product page here on Amazon, and asked if anyone else had issues turning on their equipment after arrival. Before I could even contact the company they saw my question and reached out to me, then it was only a few days until I had my replacement, and it worked perfectly! I have never owned a selfie stick before, but I can’t imagine they get much better than this! The tripod feature is amazing, and it also works as a regular selfie stick with a detachable button to take pictures. I would definitely recommend this product. It feels like it is made out of pretty sturdy materials. The design of this selfie stick is amazing. Having a selfie stick, tripod and Bluetooth remote shutter button is actually genius. I wasn’t aware of the bluetooth shutter button when I purchased so it was a pleasant surprise. There is virtually no lag between the click of the button and the picture being taken on my phone (I have an iPhone 7). I added a video to show. Finally, I got this one because it has multiple ways to help you take photos. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it fits really well. I set up the tripod to take the group photo and it was sturdy and very easy to use! Then, I used the selfie stick to take cousin shots and my cousins were surprised it could change in multiple ways and with the Bluetooth connection!!
