Yo no lo uso solo, sino que en verano me hago batidos de sabores con algo de hielo y leche y le añado la proteína (básicamente un batido de café por la mañana para el desayuno, a veces con un par de galletas de avena y uno de plátano por la tarde, endulzado según apetezca), y quedan genial porque sabe al batido que hago, y no aporta nada más que no quiera.
