But nutritional info is missing on the packing, would love to know what r we eating. since that is missing we r confused if we r eating 6 chapati's a day, should we mix this flour with other flour or not. what if we r exceeding either fibre or something else. I did contacted the seller but they havent responded.

This atta is said to be good for diabetic patients.. i bought it for my father since he has sugar. Perfect flour, our family have been using this for a lot of months now Rotis made from this Flour are brown and soft, taste is also nice. even rest of my family has started eating it.. try it for sure if you want low glycemic atta.
