Giving this five stars because when sealed properly, they last quite a while without refrigeration and even longer if you do fridge them. Also, because one can taste the delicate, thin and crunchy layers of dough and the honey and nuts are savory without being overly sweet. The wonderful Ladies and Gentlemen at Shatila Foods have found the magic balance. God willing, I will be purchasing this same item many more times in the future.
