**Q: Is the area that holds the laptop/chromebook padded enough to provide adequate protection from being broken?**
A: Yes it is! I don’t even bother putting it in it’s case when I take it with me in the backpack. I wouldn’t recommend slinging it around but for normal use it definitely is padded enough to not break!

**Q: Did anyone’s smell like chemicals ? Were You able to get it out ? Or did you get a new one ?**
A: Mine smells horribly of chemicals. I've tried to air it out for a few days with no luck. I haven't yet dared put any clothes in it. I think I'm going to return it.

**Q: How do you connect the charging bank to the backpack itself.?!?**
A: I would return this and get another one because it seams like it was built wrong you should not have a male port on the out side you should have two female ports outside
