The method i used was: whilst cooking the noodles, put the flavour sachet in your bowl and add maybe a shot of noodle water ( so it infuses a little) then when done drain the noodle water into your bowl and add toppings to taste ( i used baby mushroom, pak choi and an egg on mine).
