I usually put in around 15,000 steps a day. I am a month in, wearing them 5 days a week and they still look new. They seem to run a hair large. Usually I wear a 9.5 or a 10, I ordered a 9.5 and they are a tiny bit big, a 9 would probably work a little better for me. For $32, I'll be more than happy if I get 6 months out of them.
