The shower head came in plain bubble wrap inside the amazon packager. No plumbing tape or directions were included. I took off my old shower head, put on some tape I had, and twisted on the Niagara head. I turned on the shower to make sure there were no leaks and took a shower about an hour later. The shiny silver makes this look nice, although the item is plastic and not metal. The shower head has a little swivel base so you can point the water where you want it. It has a few different settings, like your typical shower with spread out water, and a more focused stream labeled as the "power shower" setting on the product. The pressure between the two is significant. The pressure between our old shower head and this one, is almost non-existent. It's like we have a standard flow head, but we use way less water.
