Review: Great value and service - We bought two of these. Not only is it an awesome product - great stone-like looks, LED lighting, soothing water sound, very easy to assemble. But customer service is also great. We exposed the cord ends to water and caused a short and didn't want to keep operating the pumps without fixing the charred plugs. Within a half hour of emailing about it, I got the SKU from Lamps Plus and phone number to order replacements. Then, about a 30 second wait on the call and got an order completed within about two minutes and it arrives within days now. And we're not being gouged on the pump price. I guess this feels like such a rarity that I had to actually give a review even though that is not a regular thing for me. Happy sloshing!

A: I only use my fountain outdoors.  However, should a person have a screened in porch or three-season room that would work just fine.

A: Hi, here are the dimensions, and I have this fountain, it is truly beautiful, I really love it, had it now for about 6 months!35" high.15" wide.16 1/2" deep.

**Q: Can I add food coloring?**
A: The only harm food coloring would do to your fountain is dye the water bowls whatever color dye you are using

**Q: Has anyone converted this fountain to solar power?**
A: No.  Ours is still going strong but no solar.  It is under a patio cover

We bought two of these. Not only is it an awesome product - great stone-like looks, LED lighting, soothing water sound, very easy to assemble. But customer service is also great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet Fountain

I truly enjoy my fountain as it matches my brick house and fit right in on my patio. It was very easy to unpack and light weight for an older woman like me to put it all together and made it work. I read the instructions if you did not want the fast running water and cut the splashes. I now have a slow running water and is not too load and no splashes. At night it is nice to sit out there and hear the water running and the lights on it makes it look great. This fountain was packed very well and I had no trouble setting up, even moving it around on my patio to get the best look and hear the electrical plug in. I will keep watch on it to keep the water clean. I give this four stars as have not figured out how to empty the water when it has to be cleaned. I love the looks of this fountain as it blend in well with my house and furniture on the patio.
