**Q: Are these vegan?**
A: Yes, they are.

**Q: What is the shelf life on these?**
A: As long as the bottle is sealed, the shelf life is 36 months. Once the bottle is opened, we recommend using up all the capsules within 3 months before they start to degrade due to humidity.

**Q: Many supplements flavor the breastmilk, sometimes for the worst.  Do these vitamins alter the taste of the breastmilk?**
A: My baby didn’t seem to notice any change at all when I switched from my prenatal vitamins (different brand) to these. I did notice a bit of a boost in production but didn’t taste test.

**Q: Can the fenugreek be taken out in the future? A lot of us moms are avoiding fenugreek now**
