                     Directions          Oven cook, 180˚C Electric/160˚C Fan/Gas 4 – 3 hours (for Pulled Pork). Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place joint into an ovenproof dish with 500ml of water and cover tightly with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 3 hours. I was disappointed with the quality of this product. You expect the joint to be fatty at the skin, but this joint was really fatty throughout and poor quality.
