It was great how they easily switch from left to right (just read the instructions, the wife tells the husband). They look great and open and close great too. I even contacted the company with a question and they got back to me within a day, so customer service is excellent too. Just now getting around to installing them because we've been moving. I installed 2 with no problems, however when i tried reversing the handles on the other 3, one side of each of them will not come off to reverse...the little button you push in to take the handle off will not push in, tried multiple times with someone else helping pull as i push in the pin but they just will not disengage. So now i'm unable to use them. I like the handles and since it's been 2 months, I am now unable to return them because the return window has closed.UPDATE: I kept trying and finally figured out that the lock mechanism needs to be turned in the right direction for the lever to disengage to remove. So now I am able to finish reversing them and installing them. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good quality. Squre corners will be problem for most doors. *by R***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2018* Product appears well made. Nice and decent weight. All screws are provided. Only problem for me was the plate where the bolt comes in and out. It has square corners and does not fit the doors. All doors I have seen so far have rounded corners. I am not sure why Dynasty could not have made the corners round. I still tried to install two. Plate would not sit well and became crooked as one of the corner tries to go into round corner pushing other three corners out. I could have rounded the corners by grinding, but there are several interior doors I need to put this on.
